I've seen so many brave women (and a few men) scrap about themselves, something I've rarely done, so I wanted to do it. The Challenge Challenge prompted me. I'm very proud of my weight loss, and it was eating healthy and lots of exercise...no secret formulas. I FEEL GREAT!!! I am actually wearing jeans (and these have gotten big too :o). I've lost over 30 inches too!
