I took these photos of a female praying mantis in the garden - she was attacking the camera and wouldn't stay still.
A sure sign that autumn might finally be here but weather still warm and very little rain - we still have a drought situation.

Fantastic page and photos Joce, still very hot here too, it's trying to rain, just teasing us. It will be nice when the cool change comes, we will probably only get a week of cool weather and that will be our winter.
