Just a couple of photos blended with one of the girls' gorgeous Arty Papers.Extracted the girl, flipped & edited with Paint&Ink+ComicBook Filters & added this 2nd image.Applied a ripple effect to the lower photo & added a Rain page overlay, puddles & splashes etc.Thanks for looking & for your smashing comments, much valued x NOT for challenge!
