Our SBF Friend "March" has mentioned the conditions after the July 6th downpour which the British Isle's received. Found this and thought it was perfect for all our friends in the UK! (Send a little of the rain our way - I'll pay postage!)

In spite of the rain, this has cheered me up and put a smile back on my boat (boat race is Cockney rhyming slang for face) not that I am a Cockney LOL. The one positive note about our persistent rain is that we've finally seen the end of the hosepipe bans and I can stop cosying up to my watering can - YAY!!

Your poem about sums our weather up Mike. I don't think we are ever going to get a summer this year. But in the true Brit way we are smiling through. We also feel for those of you who are suffering the effects of extreme heat at the other end of the spectrum.
