What a gorgeous arrangement and awesome song to include! Amazing skyline! Just perfect Madeline! I think Elvis is one of those artists that touched people everywhere. When I was stationed in Hanau, Germany I went out to eat with a friend and his wife in the small city of Rossdorf. The waitress asked my friend's wife why she wasn't "wearing black?" Elvis had died that day...

Love this Madeline, a striking contrast between shadow and light like the contrast between youth and old age. So beautifully scrapped, perfectly capturing his sense of loneliness. The skyline of the busy city and its distance from him further underlines a sense of loneliness. A poignant page beautifully expressing the lyrics my lovely kind-hearted friend xxx
