When I took this pic in Dec. 2010 it was just before my scuba instructor fell right beside the log above and broke her arm..spent the next several hours at the hospital with her. But in June 2011 while diving out from this beach I got to see my first wild sea turtle while diving..it was AWESOME!!

PS...how to exciting to see a sea turtle...I'll bet you were thrilled! While diving, my intructor took a sea anenome or some little creature (can't remember exactly what it was) and broke it in half and gave it to me as a small wolf eel came up...it took it out of my hand, (well snatched it) and ate it...must admit I was a little apprehensive but afterwards I thought WOW...that it was AWESOME!!

Oh my goodness, your poor instructor...I do hope you both got to enjoy a dive before her mishap...I love how you have used your own beautiful photo and created such a lovely page, in spite of the sad details behind it! This is gorgeous! I took a dive course too, loads of fun, but only ever did a couple of dive trips after.
