For Simsages's challenge. This was a great opportunity to scrap a poem that I have loved since school days. Also it is coming into spring here in NZ and all the daffs are out and glowing.

A beautiful page and poem, it takes me right back to primary school days with the whole class standing and reciting this beautiful poem. Sweet memories that are firmly lodged in the mind. I'm Welsh and the leek is one of our national emblems; the daffodil is also one of our national emblems because its Welsh name is translated as a type of leek! This has gone straight into my faves this was the poem that started me all off when I was small I could recite it all when I was nine years old. it's so special to me I had one of his books wish I still had it.Thank you for the memories just so precious.Big Hugs.xxxxx
