Yesterday we went to the yearly Summer Carnaval in Rotterdam. The weather was not so sunny but the colors of the parade where so bright and sunny that it was still a sunny day. In the parade were about 500 people from mostly tropical countries showing theirself and their culture. In the photo`s you can see Bolivia, Brasil, The Dutch Antillians, Angola and Surinam. And that is just a few.

A fabulous carnival collage, gorgeous costumes from countries around the world. A riot of colour that didn't need the sun to shine. I love the way you've extracted some of the figures and have them dancing between pics, such a clever idea Neeltje, I can almost hear the music!
