My Mamaw nor my mother were very good at writing down recipes, but my mother passed them on to me by word of mouth and by having me always help out in the kitchen when I was a child.
In order to pass on these amazing recipes that I grew up with, I've started on a Recipe Scrapbook that I'm giving as gifts to my children and nieces.

What a beautiful idea and a great gift. Love this page and it sounds delicious but I had to laugh as it made me think of the soap Passions where Grace makes tomato soup cakes that are a joke on the show. I never knew they really existed, so will have to try this one for sure. Love the layout! :}
