Used Comic Book on smaller image and diffuse glow and a touch of noise.Put a radial transparency on large image then copy and paste on top turned the copy black and white and used a transparency on it to mute the colours also used diffuse glow and noise on this. Used shapes to create a small heart and used colour dropper to colour it. Used metallic effect on text. x x
