About this scrapbook page: |
This page doesn't come near representing how I feel about this tragedy in Japan nor does it represent the devastation. My heart goes out to these people and really puts a serious perspective on life.

What a page...to just think of what they all went through ties my stomach up in knots! I really wish there was something I could do to help. What a tragedy!!! It just makes you stop and think....what would I do if something like this happened here and I lost many family members and friends and houses and jobs and, EVERYTHING was just gone! Great scrap page, so realistic! Hugs, Shannon

It's almost too overwhelming to talk about, very, very difficult to take in the scenes we're seeing on television. They are in our thoughts and prayers.

Yes, this is still unbelievable. I just did a quick check of SBF membership--there are around 10 of us that have posted on SBF from various parts of Japan (several active). They and our personal family members stationed/working in Japan are in our prayers. My cousin's son is stationed in Japan...no personal word from him yet though we know he is safe.

The footage seen on TV can't come anywhere near the devastation these people feel. It seems hard to believe that they will ever recover from this.

Truly powerful page. It's so hard to take in this level of devastation, the televised footage has really hammered home the force of nature. It certainly puts life into perspective. Bless all who are actively engaged in helping throughout the initial devastation and the ongoing process of recovery and rehabilitation.

Courtney, you're right - this does put a serious perspective on life, doesn't it? Powerful page. I don't know how they can even think they'll be able to pull people alive out at this point, but I hear they're still finding some. God bless the people of Japan, and those helping them.
