for the current House Hunters SBF style challenge - in my own country, Canada.
This acreage is about an hour from me. 25 acres of land, one main house plus a smaller house, barn, pool, sauna, you name it. $450,000 so I still have 50 grand left of my half million imaginary funds lol

yup walkout lower floor, balconies all over the place like off some bedrooms, etc. I found quite a few around here for this challenge but the indoor pool room/sauna won lol
