Well, it has started snowing again, and the temps have dropped...so I have decided that Omokoroa is the place to be...and have found delightful property for $535,000 NZ dollars and that has left enough for a sailboat to play on as well as an extra kayak or two for any company and I'm sure we will get company LOL...what a FUN challenge!

WHEW...my heart has slowed down LOL...I checked the conversion from 500,000 US to NZ and it comes up 649161.07 this morning on XE Universal Currency Converter, but you are right Joce, our Canadian money is definitely less...
