It's exactly what it sounds like: a Pagan event held the week before Halloween here in Birmingham. They have a website with more info, here:

David wore his devil costume, and I wore my spookiest gear from my 2009 costumes! This is inspired by the artwork of Sylvia Ji, whose incredible paintings on wood media were inspired by La Catrina / Day of the Dead.
