On Tues. July 13th, Emma entered Children's Hospital. Diagnosis: failure to thrive. She didn't come home til Fri. evening, 7 pm, on Fri., July 16th. It was a scarey time. She was dehydrated when she entered and losing weight. After 6 weeks, she was down 2 oz from her original birth weight. I've spent a lot of time over the last 2 weeks with my daughter and her family, and with Emma's sister, my other granddaughter. Emma is thriving again, and gaining weight! We are all -- so thankful!
