Well I've made it through the 1st 4 weeks of counting my points & eating healthy. Absolutely thrilled to lose 4kgs (approx 8.8lbs) Still a fair way to go but I'm already feeling so much better & feeling good about myself because I have made the effort. My hubby has joined me even though he doesn't need to lose much weight but he wanted to support me. He's a good man. Next step is to increase my exerecise!!!!

Oh, and my sister is going to be in your neck of the woods in a few weeks for her honeymoon :). Oh, and you can do what I'm doing for exercise...take martial arts. They will work your booty off!

I have been on ww for about the same amount of time and don't think I have lost half as much as you. too much stress for the last two weeks has made me inconsistent in tracking points and exercising ... should be the opposite ... will do better going forward and use you as my inspiration. great job and beautiful page!
