I did this page using Paint Net software. The winter fairy+the rainbow snowflake paper+snowflakes+ photo-gray sky with flakes-I got from Bing-Images-Winter Fairy-Snowflakes.The frame-Sue Chastain.The text-my own-Scrapbook Max 2.0. I hope you like it.

Love the text - in Elements you can't do swirling shaped text. The page looks great and really artistic too - really unique 'take' on snowflakes.
