Made for the Family Matters - Grandfathers challenge. This is my Dad with the only grandchild he got to meet before he passed away. Six other grandchildren were born after he died. Lee, the first born was about 17 months in these pictures, he is now 27 years old. Thanks for stopping by and for all your support.

wonderful pge congrats on 3rd. its a shmae he didnt meet the rest of his granchildren... my nan only meet 2 of my kids before she died.. my yougest daughter was born the year after my nan had died

Oh this is so beautiful, Ginger. How wonderful your Dad at least got to meet his first grandchild - and what a beautiful baby Lee was. It is sad, but so heartwarming at the same time. I love the photos - your Dad looks so proud and happy. Really lovely.
