For Kate's 'A different Merry Little Christmas Card'. Must confess I had to put my thinking cap on for this one. It was really hard not to use normal Xmas elements. Here's my effort using the NZ native bird the Kiwi.

The colours in this are brilliant. I love the way you have done the map of NZ and the photos of the Kiwi are terrific. I think OS friends would love this as a card. Incidentally, when a child, Baroochi was made an honorary Kiwi...true story.

Mary, this is such a charming Christmas card....one with a delightful character and the cutest little face...very nicely done! It has a kind of Christmasy and tropical feel at the same time with those pretty colors...10+10!
