Everyone has said it before me - the colouring, the play of light, the choice of child. I love what you have done in the BG of the windows, the texture and colour. And the faint hint of snow drops. Obviously the cat. I am a cat person. I have one sitting on my lap as I type. The child's eyes look like she really believes and her letter will be read. Lovely.
