About this scrapbook page: |
This page was posted for the Tea Party challenge. Thanks for looking and any comments or vote is appreciated. This is a tea cup from my mothers china and my grandmothers china and now mine. We had many little tea's on Sunday afternoon when we might visit my Grand at her house or when she would visit us. Lovely conversation full of reminising about my mothers childhood or my Grands childhood. This is a cup of love because of who it belonged to and the many cups of tea that have been shared in it.

This is just so beautifully done...so shabby chic looking, and would be lovely in a frame - and most importantly so very meaningful and full of such special memories for you...every last detail is perfect on this page right down to your title "A Cup of Love" I enjoyed your commentary of this page and love your work!

How beautiful is the history of your cup - the beauty is as much in it's story as in the fine porcelain china of the times. I love the way the tea post is in the basket. I think this is a lovely story page about old times when people and their tea rituals were important.

Your Mom did a fine job of finding a matching tea pot. (As my father would say 'A blind man would be glad to see it') This is a lovely page and lovely tea set.
