This photo was taken last summer when Ellie and her Mommy spent three weeks in Florida with Ellie's Aunt Hannah, and with her Grandma and Grandpa. Ellie loves mirrors, and there is a whole series of shots of her playing with this one. Some time ago, I did a page of her looking at herself. I also have one of her showing one of her little Kelly dolls what she looks like in a mirror. Maybe that will be a page for another day.

Love the way you have put the frame around Grandpa's face, and the golden, green, autumnal colours but cooler than warmer ones. The light frame around them both, all the added details like the birds, the heart cluster - the heart with wings. Love the stories about Ellie and her love of mirrors. Wonderful heartfelt page.
