About this scrapbook page: |
Made for the "What's your favorite dream" challenge.
I not only want to lose weight but I NEED to lost weight. I have problems walking or standing for more than an few minutes because of my knees. With being over weight, I am high risk at having a heart attack or stroke as well as many other health problems at my age and weight.

well congratulations on losing 50 pounds. If you lost that you can lost the rest. I have the same problem and we are doing a "biggest loser" contest at work, I'm not doing well on it. I tend to either gain or stay the same, no matter what.

I have found, seriously, that it helps with my joint aches. I've only just started but it's worth considering for you problems. As far as I'm concerned you look a doll and you are a fantastic person. The package comes from the inside. X

I reckon eveyone has a certain body shape. Some people can never be thin. I am not overweight, but I will always have big thighs and backside. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I have just started swimming. I look like a pale pear in bathers, but I thought stuff it, at my age, who looks? Answer. Nobody.

I have to be honest Scrappy, you don't look that overweight to me. And worse, I am so sick of the way the media go on about weight. We have a few chubs in our family - two of my sisters would make you look like a waif. But I think it is fantastic you have lost so much weight. Good on you for doing it - I think slowly is the best way. Especially if you need it for your health.

I find that the whole "overweight"-thing is overrated! I think you look absolutely beautiful! I always struggled with being underweight, but once I stopped worrying about it everything fell into place. Good luck, but I don't think you need it! Wonderful page!

I just need to get off my butt & walk more. Summer's coming so I'm running out of excuses. Hang in there, You'll make & hopefully so will I!

Just keep on trucking, we all reach plateaus but eventually your body will drop more if you just keep up what you are doing. Hard when you get older and are not as active. Great page you have made.
