I think October is Cancer Awareness month, but I just felt like doing this. Just a reminder to get your regular checkups, and for those who may not know - a vaccine that offers protection from the virus responsible for most cases of cervical cancer should be part of your child's immunization schedule. It is recommended for girls who are 11 to 12 years old, but can be administered to girls as young as 9 years old and women up to 55 years old.

Oh Kate.. this is really beautiful awareness page. Yesterday I took my boy to clinic because he got stomach flu, and I saw the article about that vaccine too. It there is one person die every 5 days because of cervical cancer

I'm particularly drawn to this page since my sister has just finished treatment for breast cancer. I love the way you have drawn this woman, with her arms back and her face upward.
