Miss Arlington: Any comments about this lady --- “Victorian lady around the turn-of-the-century. Outstanding portrait. “ It’s not enough ! I'd be very surprised if I read she was born in the largely impoverished Whitechapel area (She was not a friend of Jack the Ripper but this “gentleman” was active at the same moment [in late 1888])
