It's a difficult disorder, sometimes it makes me feel like being everywhere at once, sometimes like nowhere at all, and I often wonder if I'm really there for family and friends and frustrated that I often can't be. Friends, I'm sorry if at times it seems that I ignore messages or comments, I don't like to use my disorder as an excuse but it's the reality of it. This is for other friends suffering also with bipolar disorder - may you often find the balanced center!
