Rebuilding your life after a series of crises is a slow, painful process involving a lot of soul-searching, you know you aren't the same but how exactly have you changed? Sometimes you talk or write to yourself, sometimes you feel like a pendulum swinging to and fro, you hear danger bells and whistles, you search for balance. you go into you, your mind in circles, some things vague like a dream, some things only too clear.
