Made for the "delicious" challenge.
I make this quite often for my husband and myself.
When making two omelets I boil about 13 minutes.
The clean up is so easy too.

Great page - this recipe is also great when you have company staying overnight - you just put the basic ingredients out and then let them choose whatever meat, or vegetable they want!
