I've been working on this cookbook forever. Did it once on a Macintosh, lost all the files and recreated it on a PC. It is 262 pages of my favorite recipes from friends and family. I just printed 10 proof copies and it's good to go. Arizona Bites as a title will hopefully attract the interest of the Snowbirds who come to Arizona for the winter. I simply had to do something to celebrate... enjoy the cake recipe - it is yummy.
