made for challenge
it is very healthy - low in calories (about 250 per slice), fat and sodium plus can be used in a healthy carb diet to such as South beach . it is a great way to get veggies for those who hate them. veggies can easily be substituted too.

A lovely crisp scrap page. I love the elements and photos. They make it look like it is out of a magazine. If this is a challenge, I hope it stops soon b/c my sister keeps asking me to print off these pages and cook! Alas, no way. Wonderful page!!
