This one looks the way they prepare tomato sauce all over in Africa. The only difference is that they put chicken or meat inside and a lot of fresh pepper. Not every one in Africa has a freezer so they cook it once for a few days and let it boil over every day for about 5 minutes to avoid it will spoil.
