This photograph of my great aunt was in the old album belonging to my great grandfather. Her and her husband had no children but raised my mom and her sister after their father was killed in an accident. I chose the sewing machine for this page because she worked in a shirt factory as a young lady. And I chose the clock because she had one like it on her mantle that ticked very loudly. She was a farmers wife and worked very hard from sun up to sun down. Thanks for looking.
