My Mum always says 'if you love someone let them go, if they come back they will be yours forever, if they don't, they were never truly yours in the first place!' & that is what the lyrics to this song mean to me!
I have lived by my Mum's quote and taken some pretty big gambles ~ but am pleased to say she is right :)
