This page is in loving memory of our dog Tanner Monk.
On March 9th, 2009 we lost our long haired dachshund Tanner he was just 3 days short of his 17th birthday. We got Tanner from a friend when he was just 6 months old. He lived life to the fullest. Tanner loved to swim, dig holes, run, jump, and play with rocks, or just stand outside and let the wind blow through his hair. We all love and miss him very much.

We both share a lot in common losing our dogs within days of each other! I share your grief!! At least your dog lived to 17 and had a great life of enjoyment. My dog had a lot of health problems in the last two years of her life and she was 12 1/2 on 3/7/09. Wonderful memory page! (love the dog in the water!!!)
