Lillian Gish:born in 1893.Her father,an alcoholic, abandoned the family.Lillian was six years old when she first appeared in front of an audience.For the next 13 years,she and her sister appeared before stage audiences with great success.The sisters were presented to Griffith. They had easily contracts with the studios.Lillian became one of America's best-loved actresses.Lillian have been one of the great stage actresses of all time.Last film made in 1987.Lillian Gish never married.She died in 1993.
