5 out of my mom's 8 children have long, thick lashes, my mom said it's because she was able to cut them before the 1st month; i I didn't want to take a risk so I cut my daughters' lashes, they both have long thick lashes. And, believe it or not, the string on the forehead worked all the time to cure my children's hiccups. When it comes to children, most Filipinos will say that if it won't hurt anyway, just do it to be safe. Btw, I was one of the 3 with short thin lashes :(
