in my family, one could kill red ants, just not those tiny black ants which don't bite anyway. and, my mom tells me that if only i'd stop sweeping the floor at night, i'd have more money. maybe i'll finally try it - maybe! *lol* anyways, just two interesting filipino superstitions regarding cleaning.
