this was my father, he's been gone for 10 years now. i loved him dearly. the picture frame is the original frame my dad bought to put it in to give to his mother. there is a 1939 picture of clark gable that sits in behind it that came with the frame. design credit to fiona story of angelwithin designs for the brown background, buttons and the notecard.

That is great! Such a great memorium for your dad. My dad was in WWII also - in The Navy. I believe he was also in the "Pacific Theatre" - Will have to check on the accuracy. But I remember reading that. You're page inspired me to do something like that for my Dad.
