About this scrapbook page:
This is my mother-in-law when she was about 2 years old and her parents. Her mother died when she was 10 or 12. This is the only picture she has of her mother. They were mountain people from North Carolina. This is also in the Black & White challenge. Thanks for looking.

I've been having lots of questions about my husband's grandparents so I'll try to answer a few. Mandy, his grandmother had heart trouble all her life. They were walking home from church one Sunday when she said she didn't feel good and collapsed. Joseph carried her home and she died. Everyone knew she wouldn't live a long life. She was 28 or 29. Joseph never remarried. An aunt help raise Joanna.

It doesn’t stop raining. There’s no risk:our pages don’t shrink in the “washer” of the weather!Colors are stable with icy water.I would not want your pages lose their brightness. When I arrive in your gallery,I know it is yours. The sunlight cannot escape from your“frames”and I’m happy.I come here to keep the joy of living. My colors are too washed out with the rising waters.First spring will be here

I see where Jeremy got his looks from Betty, don't you think he looks like his great grandfather? Your mother in law was such a cute little girl. Especially now I feel so sad for her losing her mother so young. Did he remarry and if so did she have a loving stepmother? So many questions come up looking at this photo.
