This is for the Scrapbook Techniques Challenge: Your Favorite. My favorite technique is altering photos. I used a tutorial called the "The Photo Within" for this alteration. There is a color photo bordered within the rest of the picture which I applied a sepia tone to. I also blurred the sepia toned section.
