This scrapbook was added to the critic me challenge! So please went you write any comments, keep in mind that you also let me know what I could do better on this page. The photo seems a bit hazy but on the original lay out is perfectly fine.

I like the background and the picture is great. If you can clean up the picture a bit it would be better. It look like a low resolution image (it's blurry). I would suggest that you investigate what font would be best associated with a nautical theme. The font doesn't sit right with me. I like the frame...I want to see more of the picture though.

Maybe iy could be bigger, depends on quality of cource, if that is not an option I would make the frame less obvious, maybe just a single pixel or two around it. Like your quote, but the placement of the word tall made me miss it the first time I read it. Maybe that word should be in the same font as the rest.
