The picture is too die for! So cute! Love the outfit! :) And you scrpappe this so beautifully. It looks like a sweet halloween page, rather than a scary one. And I know what you mean by being behind. I started scrapping last year after my son was born and now I have all this pictures to scrap that my head starts to spin deciding which one to do it first and what kit to use! :)
