Hi my name is Boy and I am a 7 year old thoroughbred gelding. I was a race horse which received serious pressure to perform due to being a very expensive yearling. I was thrashed, whipped and beaten inside a stable resulting in dents in my head and my ears being ruined by aggressive hands.

GOOD FOR YOU It makes me cry to read about abuse, its not only in other countrys its rampant here what they do to horses that don't cut it at the track. I have just found out that when a horse doesn't do good they are sold to meat markets and shipped off to other countrys that eat horse meat. When they changed the law here in US they started shipping the horses to Canada or Mexico.

OK so now I am crying, I HATE cruelty of any kind ... how could they?? I look at the love in these photos and my heart hurts for those that cannot and will not ever feel for a animal as loving as Boy ... whatever part you have played in his life and whatever you have done to allow this love to shine - thank you from those of us who care x
