This was my Mama's crush when I was a kid, I remember going to bed in the evening and mom would put his records on the stereo, Dad was on the road a lot then and I think the music kept her company. Whenever she'd listen to his LPs, when Dad was home, he'd tease her that 'Eddie Arnold' was her 'boyfriend' -- who she spent time with when he was away. "Make the world go away" was one of her favorite songs.
