I made this scrapbook page because my grandson has very severe bipolar disorder. He was diagnosed when he was 14. He is 16 now and struggles with this disease everyday, as does the whole family. We are having to take him out of school because the school system can not deal with him. He is a sweet boy when he does not feel pressured or threatened. He can not handle stress.

I can understand not being able to handle stress and getting lost in the darkness of the abyss..it is a deadly disease and so difficult for the whole family. I know my disease has strained many relationships in my life.Thank you for sharing your page it always helps!

I can relate very well to what your family is going through. I wish people had known years ago that my brother was exhibiting classic signs of bi-polar disorder. His life could have been so much different. Instead kids like him were labeled as bad or trouble makers. Great job on the page and good luck with your grandson.

wonderful page it brought tears!!! my 18 year old has been bi-polar since he was 8 years old. he also has anxiety disorders and in the past has been diagnosed with schitzophrenia. he has been suicidal and homicidal also. it is very scary sometimes and you want to take all that away from them so bad but don't know how!!!

I know our son and daughter both have suffered all their lifes with this disorder. Never knew about our son until 4 yrs. ago at the age of 40. Sad desease , and so misunderstood! Wonderful page!
