About this scrapbook page: |
This is my dad on his motorcycle back in the 1940's. I'm not sure the date. The picture was in bad shape and there wasn't anything I could do to make it any better. The first date he had with my mom, he took her for a ride on this thing. There were about 6 guys in his neighborhood with motorcycles and after several of them had accidents dad sold his. He didn't want to be the next one. Thanks for looking.

It's hard for us to picture Dad on a motorcycle, isn't it? I'm glad we have proof that this was part of his life. Wonderful page, Betty.
