This is made for the Scavenger Hunt 10. Jesus is my Hero for making the ultimate sacrifice. My mother is my Heroine for having to take care of her family at age 8. Her mother was ill and she had to take over her jobs taking care of her 7 sisters, father, mother, cooking, cleaning, etc. She dropped out in 9th grade and yet was the smartest person I know. More below in comments.

She had AAA credit, managed a house with 6 kids while her husband was on the road alot-truck driver-died in 1961. She finangled with little money, but she made sure we had food, clean clothes, clean house, and lots of love. She remarried (for 39yrs), and later watched him die of cancer. She fought off emphysema, COPD, heart disease, and an aneurism herself and yet died praising the Lord.
