i tried for days not to do this scrap, but i couldn't rest until i did. when someone tries to commit suicide, people think it's an act of desperation, a turning away from god, choosing death over life. but that may not be so from the point of view of the one attempting to end her life. the first attempts are unconscious cries for help "save me if i'm worth saving" they usually fail. but there could come a time when one stops wanting to be saved. it's no longer a dark period, it could feel so much like life.

My husband tells me that demon is my illness talking, that i's twisting the logic in my head so it is too irrational to respond to other people's rational and loving attempts to comfort me. When I feel like leaving would be doing those I love a favor, the demon has almost won. But I am still here. I am here with you. Hugs
