Oh my golly, I have a picture that is almost identical! And yes, I am in the same area as you and yes, it was taken during that nasty ice storm in 05! haha!! Great photo!

We went through this also and it was a very cold hurting wind that came with this ice..Never worn so many clothes for so long..Looked like the blimp. Was without electric for 25 straight hours.
