This is the first pic I've gotten in some time of my granddaughter, Emma and her puppy, Piper. It's a cell phone pic, so the quality isn't the best; yet, I still love the shot.
Emma is a Special Needs child ~ various conditions. She turned 4 this month. She doesn't speak or hear [at this time]. She is my only blue-eyed, blonde granddaughter! : )
